I was asleep on the couch by 8pm so jumped into bed before 8.30pm… had a great sleep until he-who-shall-remain-nameless shouted that there was a cat trying to get into the bedroom window…. 😳🐈
I hadn’t heard the cat meowing…. I heard the person who heard tha cat 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤣 Just saying…..
So I lay awake for a bit until I got up but it wasn’t the same crippling anxiety, as earlier in the week, that kept me awake more just a a gentle normal human thought process.
I’ve been doing some work on the Daylight app around anxiety and some really simple steps really help. A tense and release 10 minute session is so simple but effect.
It’s been a good day. I’ve got loads done. It feels good to be back in control after the craziness that anxiety brings…. but it also feels very good to be at my weekend again!
I’ve got loads of positivity to share. Have a read through each one and think about what they mean to you.
So lots of positivity today. We’re away for the weekend again so have to get organised to leave sharp tomorrow. I’m sitting in my comfies with my feet up thinking hard about what I need to take. 🤣
