I slept like a log and woke up with the alarm at 6.25am.
I had a lovely run with Claire….. it was misty rain for the first bit but it dried up quickly.
Craig was upstairs in his office when we arrived home…

I took Bhruic and Freya for a walk before the running sweat dried in!
I love this wildflower growing out of the wall… it reminds me that even when times are hard, beautiful things still find a way through.
It was still really cloudy but I’m still in my running shorts and tshirt.
Then back home for Calaidh and Khaleesi.
So I started back on cleaning the carpets this morning.
I cannot tell you how much I love cleaning the carpets. It’s so cathartic! There’s something so satisfying about seeing the dirt lift out. I reckon I could keep cleaning it all day and it would still lift dirt out.
Anyway, it’s all done now and it feels really good.
I hoovered and then cleaned the bathroom then had a much needed shower. 😆
I had a lovely lunch… mango and coconut chicken strips in a wrap.
I sat down to watch a new show called 800 Words. It’s new to me anyway. It’s a lovely feel good show.
Calaidh is out for the count next to me.

Love it when the dogs are knackered.
I’m knackered too so feet up for the rest of the day I think!
