I didn’t sleep well last night.

Her Travel Circle is bouncing around in my head. 😆

It probably didn’t help that I had a 2 hour nap in the afternoon!

I went to bed at 9.30 and was still awake after 10.30pm and then wide awake again at 4.40am 🙄

So up at 5.30 and out with Calaidh and Khaleesi.

It was a beautiful morning.

Spotted this wee guy staring at us in a field! 🦌

Love the reflections in the puddle… also Calaidh is in the middle of a big head shake!!

Back out again with the other two and we headdress towards thistles!

Let the thistles commence ….. there are hunners 😆😆💜💜💜

I was literally in thistle heaven.

Work was very quiet today but still loads to be done and it passed quickly. W

E went out to pick up a van from the paint shop and I got a close up of the highland coos nearby!!

Sooooo cute!!!

All in all a very Scottish day!

I felt really off this morning. Stressed, panicky and a bit breathless. I couldn’t put my finger on exactly why.

Thankfully I felt much better as the day went on and I kept telling myself I can do anything I put my mind to.

It’s all in the mind.
