I didn’t get to bed until 10pm! 🫣

We had a lovely night next door with Holly and Kenny. Holly made us her famous steak pie and there’s always so much lovely food that we ate our body weight!

When the alarm went off this morning at 5.25, I had only just begun to wake. I was still so full.

We slept with the window wide open so it was much cooler last night…. But the birds were louder!

I was running with Lynsey and it was tough going…. Purely because i was carrying a food baby around with me! I felt heavy and sluggish.

It was a beautiful morning!

We ran through the woods this morning as it was so pretty. They are so overgrown.

And we ran to the end of the road in Gielsand Estate and back around Spiers Old School grounds again.

It was actually a lovely route.

And we’re done! 5.1k in the bag before 6.30am.

Work passed by so quickly as there was so much to catch up on. The day flew by. I wore my sorts as it was warm but the sun disappeared quite early on. Ellison and I still sat out at lunch!

Someone is loving the bird feeding station!!

The birds are eating us out of house and home! we refilled everything yesterday and most of it has gone already today!

I put some bread in it this evening which is why Bhruic is interested 😆😆😆

I’ve yawned a lot today. Tears streaming down my face as I’m yawning so much! I’m yawning my head off typing this….. 🫣😆

I’m looking forward to an early night again…. After I’ve hooked with the Hookers!
