I can’t let Khaleesi off the lead since she spotted the deer. She is on high alert all the time!

It was a beautiful day at work. So sunny. So lovely.

Claire and I went for a dog walk after work and took Bhruic and Freya. It had totally clouded over.

It was a lovely walk and catch up!

Lovely to be out in nature today. I felt a fair bit better today which was good.

The only negative is that I have run out of antidepressants…. It caught me completely by surprise when I realised, on Sunday, that I only had two left.

The Doctor’s surgery was amazing and arranged an urgent repeat.

The pharmacy won’t get them until Thursday!!!

There is nothing they can do and warned they need two weeks notice!!

Thankfully…. I’ve found some old ones that I had from the last time I was going to start them but didn’t. I’m sure it will be better to take a few of them rather than none?

That will have to do!
